For your first session
This includes a thorough history and assessment. We use a comprehensive examination which includes tests that are specific to your condition. We will gather as much information as possible about your health and lifestyle to tailor a treatment plan to you.
Following this we usually finish the initial consultation with a treatment. On occasions, when there is a clinical reason, we may refer you to get an X-ray before treating.

*Please allow at least 30 minutes for your initial appointment. We do ask for you to attend the clinic 10 minutes before your appointment to complete new patient forms.

This one off appointment will be the first booking follow the initial consultation.
This time allows for us to present you with any further information regarding your diagnosis, prescription of exercises and to allow you to ask any further questions.

Our standard treatment may involve manipulation, mobilisation, muscle and soft tissue techniques along with dry needling, exercise prescription, rehabilitation, nutritional recommendations and lifestyle advice.
*Please allow up to 15 minutes for your standard treatment time.

This treatment type is for those who haven’t been to the clinic in 6 months or more.
We need the extra time to reassess your history and complete an examination followed by a treatment if appropriate.
*Please allow up to 30 minutes for your review and treatment.

To maintain our excellence in customer service and to acknowledge the chiropractor’s time & patient requirement, we require a minimum of 5 hours’ notice for cancellation of appointments. Please notify the clinic within 5 hours of your appointment to avoid a $10 charge for the missed appointment. This charge will be donated to a charity foundation of our choosing. We thank you for your understanding.
